Oriah was born out of a real need for authenticity and transparency in the beauty industry. Founder Sam Moore saw an opportunity to educate people about hidden truths. To erase the pervading stereotype that aesthetic procedures are for the vain and the superficial. We are here to empower people and support self-expression. We revitalise self-confidence. Sam
Meet Sam - The proud owner and lead injector at Oriah. Only 33 years old, Sam brings 11 years of comprehensive medical experience from working in the NHS as an Operating Department Practitioner specialising in the anaesthetic and recovery phases of surgery. Over five years ago, Sam founded Oriah(formerly called Moore Aesthetics). In the initial days, Sam provided a tight-knit array of treatments. Today, the offered services have transformed and expanded vastly. The range now includes almost every dermal filler treatment imaginable (including some highly specialised ones), anti-wrinkle injections, Platelet Rich Plasma treatments, skin boosters, and fat dissolving, with a robust focus on the dermal filler side of injectables.
Dana
Meet Dana - an experienced Operating Department Practitioner, aesthetic injector, and Sam’s younger sister!
With over 8 years of experience across NHS and private healthcare, Dana has been a valued part of the Oriah family since 2023. She is a highly sought-after practitioner for both dermal filler and advanced skincare treatments, known for her gentle technique and beautifully refined results.
Dana takes a holistic approach, treating the face as a whole to achieve balanced, natural and long-lasting outcomes. She currently holds regular clinics in Rugby and Guernsey.
Katie
Katie brings over a decade of NHS experience to Oriah, having begun her clinical training in 2011 and qualifying as a Therapeutic Radiographer in 2014.
Her career has given her an exceptional understanding of anatomy, particularly through treating complex head and neck cancers with radiotherapy, where precision and an in-depth knowledge of anatomical structures are essential.
For the past eight years, Katie has worked as an Advanced Practitioner specialising in Gynae-Oncology and now leads the Gynae Cancer Radiotherapy Service. Her role includes running independent clinics, prescribing, managing patients throughout their treatment pathways and working closely with consultants, surgeons, nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team.
Alongside her NHS career, Katie has completed multiple MSc-level modules and is completing her Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine.
At the heart of Katie’s approach is a simple philosophy: she treats every patient exactly as she would want someone she loves to be treated. Whether supporting someone through cancer treatment or helping an aesthetics patient regain their confidence, compassionate, safe and individualised care comes first.
