Dave's story began with a traumatic dog attack that left him with significant facial injuries, including a split lip and nerve damage affecting one side of his face.

Thanks to the exceptional skill of his surgical team, Dave's injuries were repaired remarkably well. However, as is often the case with injuries of this severity, the healing process left some lasting effects.

Residual facial asymmetry, scar tissue and a prominent skin tag on his lip not only made speech slightly more challenging, but also began to affect Dave's confidence. He became increasingly conscious of his appearance, particularly the skin tag, which he felt naturally drew people's attention during conversation.

This is where we came in.

Our role wasn't to replace the incredible work of his surgeons, but to build upon it, refining the finer details that remained after healing.

Using some unconventional, highly targeted dermal filler techniques, we were able to restore facial balance, soften the appearance of asymmetry and cleverly disguise the skin tag. Importantly, the treatment wasn't purely aesthetic. These subtle adjustments also helped improve the mechanics of Dave's speech.

One of our absolute priorities was that the filler itself had to be completely undetectable.

After all, replacing one visible concern with another would defeat the purpose of the treatment.

Achieving this required meticulous assessment, careful planning and exceptionally precise product placement.

For Dave, the impact went beyond appearance. It was about feeling more comfortable speaking, interacting with others and, ultimately, regaining some of the confidence that his injuries had taken away.
